We guarantee the freshness and quality of all our floral arrangements. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right.
Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a resolution if:
- Flowers arrived damaged or wilted
- The arrangement significantly differs from what was ordered
- Delivery was not completed as scheduled
- Quality does not meet our standards
Resolution Options
Depending on the circumstances, we offer the following solutions:

- Full or partial refund to your original payment method

How to Request a Return
To request a return or report an issue:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and details of the issue
- Include photos of the arrangement if applicable
- Our team will review and respond within 4 business hours
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if:
- Cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery
- The order has not yet been prepared or dispatched
- Custom arrangements may require 48-hour cancellation notice
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery
- Arrangements refused at delivery without valid reason
- Damage caused by improper care after delivery
- Natural variations in flower appearance
